Name, email address, phone number, organisation and role; information about a business you own or advise; career history and other information you provide in connection with the CXO Program; and the content of your messages.

Directly from you, mainly through the contact form on this site, operated by Apollo.io; in meetings and correspondence; from public sources; and from advisers who introduce you to us.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, assess acquisition opportunities, assess candidates for the CXO Program, keep records and comply with law. If you do not provide information, we may not be able to respond.
Disclosure
To our related companies, to service providers that host this site and operate our forms and records, to professional advisers under confidentiality, where required by law, regulation or court order, and to a prospective purchaser of our business under confidentiality. Some providers, including Apollo.io, store information in the United States. We do not sell personal information.
